I've changed the sides a little and this dish now comes with gently braised cabbage and your favourite crispy paprika potatoes.
The goulash is slow cooked over 5 hours, with beef, carrots and peppers then loaded with tomatoes and paprika, finished with garnish pot of parsley creme fraiche.
Freezes really well.
