So, much, flavour!
I am obsessed with this recipe since I started developing it a couple of week ago. There is so much flavour packed into this dish. Slow cooked with free-range, beef, carrots and peppers then loaded with tomatoes and paprika, finished with garnish pot of parsley creme fraiche.
Served with roasted paprika potato dice, and sautéed winter greens.
Freezes really well.
