My lamb meatballs are hand rolled with a blend of Moroccan spices, then baked (never fried) and served on a bed of bulgur tabbouleh with roasted carrots, tenderstem and completed with a Chef’s Garnish of Harissa Hummus.
Not suitable for freezing.
