Puttanesca has to be one of my favourite sauces. The sweetness of slow cookd onions and tomatoes with the saltiness of capers and olives work so wonderfully together. My chicken meatballs are made with fresh herbs, chopped olives + garlic and they sit on a bed of spaghetti puttanesca - with parmesan shavings for you to finish at home.
