On a base of rice noodles, peppers + sauteed cabbage sit my gochujang meatballs. Combined with my own freshly made gochujang paste, grated carrots for extra juicy meatballs, and free range lean minced beef. Served with a pot of kimchi and fresh lime.
This recipe is best eaten fresh, rather than frozen.
