Moqueca originates from Brazil, and is a traditional fish stew usually made traditionally with white fish, coconut milk, tomatoes, chilli and peppers.
White fish tends to overcook quite quickly, so I’ve chosen salmon as it’s more robust whilst still absorbing the flavours of this stew beautifully.
Served with coriander rice and fresh lime, it has a little kick and a delicious warming flavour.
