Red lentil dhal is my go-to recipe this time of year. It's nutritious, filling and comforting with a little heat and lots of fibre!
I wanted to pair this with something a little lower carb than rice, or bombay potatoes - as I have in the past.
My sous chef suggested this delicious take on poriyal - green beans cooked with aromatics and coconut. Wow, I was blown away by the pairing - a real match made in heaven!
