Combined with sweet potatoes and baked until firm, these salmon fishcakes are packed with the delicious flavours of jalapeno, coriander, spring onions, lime and garlic.

Sitting on a bed of quinoa, corn and broccoli salad with lime and pickled radish to garnish.
