I absolutely love tikka chicken, and this recipe is no exception!

Marinated overnight, in a blend of spices and soy yoghurt then roasted hot and fast to make sure it stays juicy, with a little colour on the outside.

Served with my very own saag aloo - spiced spinach, onions, potatoes with fresh chilli and coriander.

A pot of raita on the side, finishes this dish off perfectly!

I wouldn't go so far as to call this dish spicy, but it does have a lovely warmth that is just perfect for this time of year.

Served with turmeric spiced cauliflower.
