My romesco sauce is tangy, delicious with a punch of smoky paprika. It's made fresh with roasted red peppers, toasted almonds, garlic, paprika, lemon + olive oil to marinade my chicken (as well as a little pot on the side).
Paired with roasted new potatoes, sauteed greens, crispy capers and chillies!
I could enjoy this dish for both lunch and dinner!
