Slow cooked onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes are cooked with aromatic spices and ALOT of spinach before being mixed with pan fried cubes of turmeric halloumi. Served with lots of cauliflower and broccoli (you can add a side of rice if you wish!)
It’s a really warming dish, thanks to the fragrant Indian spices whilst being really light too!
