Made with so much love, my fresh chicken stock cooks throughout the day - loaded with goodness and flavour. Once the broth is perfect, I add the vegetables and pulled chicken breast pieces - your noodles (thick rice noodles!) will come dry for you to add just before you serve. Nobody likes soggy noodles!
