A new fruity flavour - apple crumble! Braised apple compote with a little cinnamon and finished with extra gluten free oat-crumble on top.
I personally love to enjoy something sweet after dinner every now and then. The decision always seems to be choosing something a bit basic but good for me, or something really indulgent!
So, I decided to explore my favourite dessert - cheesecake!
This cheesecake is high in protein, gluten free and much lower in sugar than the usual suspects!
