How does it work?
Every week, I create a brand new menu designed around the seasons and my customers favourite dishes.
Select which day you would like delivery (you can choose one, or both) and then choose as many meals as you would like.
Deliveries are made on Monday and Wednesday evenings, between 4:30-8:00pm, across Central London.
How much does it cost?
Meals are individually priced, and the minimum spend is £25.
Delivery is £5 per day, or £7.50 for both monday and wednesday. You can select this at the checkout.
Orders over £150 are eligible for free delivery.
How does delivery work?
We prepare, chill and deliver the food on the same day for optimum freshness.
Delivery is made by our independent drivers, between 4:30pm-8:00pm, and contactless.
Our driver will knock the door, leave your food delivery bag, and step back 2 metres to allow you to collect your meals.
If you are not home, we will leave in your specified safe place.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver most of Central London - if you’d like to check if we deliver to you, just drop us a message here.
How long does the food last?
All meals come with a best before date, and we recommend keeping food in the fridge for 3 days from delivery, or freezing for up to one month where apropriate.
How do you package your meals?
After extensive research, I pack all meals in specialist containers that are made from FSC certified paperboard, which is safe for use in the microwave, oven and storing in the fridge.
The lids are made from easily recyclable PP to ensure that your meals are securely sealed.
Labels can be recycled with the containers - so no need to remove!
My menu cards and delivery bags are fully recyclable too.
How do I reheat the food?
I include a specific menu card with cooking instructions, in each delivery - so you can always feel confident reheating your meals correctly.
There is always an option for both microwave and stove cooking, and our Chef’s garnish pots to add the finishing touches to some dishes.
What if I have an allergy?
All meals are displayed on the menu with full allergens. If you have an allergy, please leave a note at the checkout so that the kitchen is aware. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any of our meals are free from traces of all of the main food allergens, as we handle all of them in our kitchen.
You may cancel your order by writing to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, with 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made after this point will not be refunded, but you may donate/send your meals to another local address if you prefer.
We order all of our produce completely to order, hence this cancellation policy.
