Gently poached salmon is combined with my secret blend of miso paste + herbs, before being hand shaped and baked in the oven.

Paired with a delicious spelt, butternut and lemon red onion salad, with a portion of broccoli, cherry tomatoes and a Chef’s Garnish of Miso and Lemon Dressing.
