My go-to recipe this winter!
My tender chicken thighs are first marinated overnight in a blend of honey, mustard, thyme + lemon before being grilled and served with my roasted carrots, butternut squash, red onions and braised cabbage.
Enjoy with a small portion of roasted potatoes and fresh chicken jus.
