My delicious Thai Yellow curry gets personal - choose from chicken or prawns, your choice!

I start with my own curry paste made from lots of fresh herbs, spices and aromatics, which I cook with tender vegetables. Finally, I add the fresh king prawns/chicken thigh and serve everything with a generous portion of roasted cauliflower to keep this dish lower in carbs.

Suitable for freezing.
